Class descriptions: 

Fundamental Jiu Jitsu: This class will consist of only basic technique that will be drilled during the 30 minute duration of the class. Perfect for the beginner or the advanced student that wants extra time on the mat.

Jiu Jitsu: This class will consist of self defense as well as beginner, intermediate and advanced jiu jitsu technique. 

Conditioning: This is a one hour class to help you gain endurance and strength so you can last longer on the mat.

Women's Self Defense: This one hour session will promote awareness, strength, and confidence as well as safety techniques and tips to help protect yourself in a dangerous situation. It will consist of a warm up, self defense techniques and cool down/stretching.
