COUPLES DATE NIGHT JIU JITSU
Friday June 20th 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Bring your partner and check out what Jiu Jitsu and self-defense training is all about. The class will introduce you and your significant other to the great art. We will cover techniques and information that's extremely important to your personal safety.
Afterwards head on down to Amaya's for dinner to finish out a wonderful evening!
The costs of the class is $40.00 per couple (doesn't include dinner).
We will limit this event to 20 couples

ROLLING WITH THE OLDIES JIU JITSU CAMP
DECEMBER 5th, 6th & 7th
Join us for a 3 day BJJ camp designed for those aged 40 and up. Whether you're just starting or have years of experience this camp is for you.
What you'll get:
- 4 sessions of expert jiu jitsu instruction
- 8 total hours of rolling, learning and leveling up
- A welcoming environment focused on technique, longevity, and community
BONUS: A Hall of Fame World Champion will share timeless tricks and techniques.
Cost $300
(Room and food not included)
Where: All sessions will be held at Monroe Jiu Jitsu. This event will be limited to 40 participants.

Friday: Check in at Monroe Jiu Jitsu - 5:00 pm. Seminar #1 6:00 pm
Saturday: Seminar #2 9:00 am. Seminar #3 4:00 pm.
Sunday: Seminar #4 9:00 am.
