PROGRAMS
KIDS JIU JITSU
Building confidence, coordination, and discipline through the art of Jiu Jitsu. Our youth program focuses on character development and non-violent resolution in a fun, safe environment.
ADULT JIU JITSU
From fundamental movements to advanced competition techniques. Our adult program offers high-level coaching in a supportive environment, focusing on technical mastery and physical conditioning.
WOMEN'S JIU JITSU
Empowerment through leverage and technique. Our women-only classes focus on self-defense, fitness, and building a strong community of female practitioners in a safe and welcoming space.

Class Schedule
- Adult Jiu Jitsu: Monday and Wednesday at 6pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 10am
Kids Jiu Jitsu: Monday and Wednesday at 5pm
Women's Jiu Jitsu: Tuesday at 6pm
Pricing Options
- 1 person unlimited membership: $110
2 person household: $175
3+ person household: $250
