Yoga classes are offered thru Mindful Movement Yoga.

Malissa has been teaching yoga for over 17 years. In 2017 she made the decision to move her yoga studio to downtown Monroe inside the Monroe Jiu Jitsu gym. Since then she has also taken up jiu jitsu and found a passion in it. Her mission is to heal and elevate the vibration of all beings through Yoga, love, gratitude, and kindness.
